ELIGIBILITY: The Friends of the Klondike Corridor 2020/2021 drawing for $300 CDN gold nugget is open to individuals who at time of entry are: 1) legal residents of Canada or the United States; and 2) who have reached the age of majority in the province or territory or state in which he or she physically resides.. Officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives of Friends of the Klondike Corridor (the “Sponsor”), and their immediate family members (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses, regardless of where they live) and/or those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law. ENTRY AGREEMENT: By entering the survey, the the Entrant agrees that their email can be used by Friends of the Klondike Corridor for up to 4 emails per year. Entrants can unsubscribe from those emails at any time. No emails or other information will be sold, or used for any other purpose.NOTIFICATION TO WINNER: The Winner will be notified by email, requesting a reply confirming they received the email. They will have 14 days to provide the following information: Full name, location of residence, agreement to named (First name and resident location only) in future communication and on the Friends of the Klondike Corridor website and social media, complete mailing address to send the nugget, phone number for delivery service use and email.
